Bought a champion using RP, but wasn't charged

So, I bought Ahri on sale using RP on March 11th at around 00:42 PST, but I didn't get charged for buying her. I restarted my client, but I still wasn't charged and I still own her. Bug ?

EDIT: Nothing wrong with this, just wanted Riot to know if they ever see this. EDIT 2: Its fixed
