Any plans for Bramblevest?

I mean, I know it makes sense to buy and upgrade to , but when you already have it seems so bad to waste the unique AS-reduction passive. Thus, I think many players would want to have other upgrades for the item.

Are there any plans about this? Would it help if I made a suggestion myself?
