I bet the Cl... stands for Clam. Clam Summoner's Rift. The new mage champion is a Clam Overlord and once he is revealed the entire Rift will be overrun by clams. There will be no escape.

Or maybe its because we are Na server so it's actually NaCl... Summoner's Rift.

It seems to come up randomly on the client when selecting a game mode where the game mode title gets cut off. I never saw it before so I assume it came with this patch.

The 'Classic' title is okay again for some reason but 'Dominion' is getting cut off.
