I actually would not be that surprised. Idol of Durand is a very strong teamfighting tool with its CC and it's potential damage. If your allies follow up with their AoE damage, then it is entirely possible for Galio to get a pentakill because his ult's damage is at the end of the ability.

first you'd need to actually play a game with a Galio who isn't an intermediate bot
who cares lol, "last hitting" the enemies 5 times in a row is not a feat that deserves to be worshiped lol
