Is there a champion you just completely forgot about?

By that, I mean a champion that is rarely played, rarely talked about, and in general, just not a popular pick.

Sure some will say since he isn't really popular, and never played. But he's talked about quite often as being bad.

I'm talking about the champions that you never see anyone use, and absolutely nobody even talks about.

For me, its oddly. I just never see him picked anymore. I know for a fact he isn't really bad at the moment. Just his popularity seems to have dropped off a cliff lately. And because he isn't technically overpowered or bad. Nobody says anything about him.
