getting fit with league

i saw those posts with exercises and can't find them anymore. found several with those saying "people speaking polish" and "teemo in game". i dont care for those but i do recall a couple that were actually a bit more serious.. Can anyone help me find them? i can't and probably someone here has been doing them...
