However it would go past that, and what about people who don't know new strats? A month ago, you picked support Trundle, you were a troll, today, a ok, same thing with Nautilus. While I doubt Riven ever will, who is to say she won't become the new good support?
That being said, you need extreme exact specifics on what you mean by trolling, how the system would know who is and who isn't and how it won't mess up and get an innocent player.
