Do you still get Garen for free bei following riots twitter?
the wiki only says tristana and ali are free (for fb and yt) but what about garen for following their twitter? someone knows?

Yes, check the Promotional Content page here for info and which regions it's available. They seem to have removed Unchained Alistar from the list, but you can probably still get it from Blitzcrank Bot using a support ticket (and it's still listed on the Legacy/Limited skin guide).
Garen might not last there though, since you now get Ashe and Garen free at level 5 in a hextech chest with a skin.
