Aram Ban Phase
What if riot added a aram ban phase, so people could ban things like lux/ziggs or things they felt were oppressive. Then after the ban phase players got assigned there champs. I think it could maybe lead to some less toxic aram games.

i agree that they should, but they never will, because every aram ban will be

One problem with adding a ban phase is that it makes champ select a bit more involved, and many players don't like that (See: the popularity of Blind Pick SR). Bans could make sense in a separate queue that players could opt-in to, but then there would need to be ranked rewards or something as an incentive. Otherwise it ends up as "This queue has bans and is preferable, but most players are in the other queue, so I won't bother with the long queue times."
