First they update Shadow Isles lore and not update his and now they are removing mana pots. Yorick would walk into lane with a flask and three mana pots cause he basically trades mana for health. I guess Riot doesn't remember Yorick Mori.
When 
a champ that even riot admits is op, gets a rework before a pretty decent Halloween theme based champ 
. This would have been the prime time to roll out a good solid rework for him
They are probably going to add reworked Yorick in later when he's actually done.
They are pushing the Rework back for more "important" matters.
There is always next year,
and the next,
and the next
and the next,
and the next.
Eventually they'll deliver a Yorick skin... right?
