When does the harrowing 2015 skins come out?
It's past Halloween and the harrowing skins aren't even out yet. When are the coming and are the past Halloween skins going to be available this year?

I dont think they will be available this year.
I don't think League of Legends necessarily suggests The Harrowing to be a Halloween event. Therefore making it possible in a later patch after Halloween.
