You're only notified if that game is what triggers the offense. If it happens, it's usually within a few days.

One: It takes more then just one game to trigger a report punishment

Two: Multiple reports from one game don't stack. Only one person needs to report.

Three: You'll only know when you receive a message that tells you someone you had reported has received something.

The IFS reviews a case and gives judgment within 5 minutes, so if your report triggered the review you can get a notification within 5 minutes for it. Like the others said, though, if he has not received enough reports to trigger a review you won't be notified (though he could get reviewed and punished for the very next match due to your contribution).

i make my way onto the forums, post the offenders ID, and i intentionally get my post reported, so rito is FORCED to look at the offender because they have to review my post, then hopefully they check into the intent feeding/verbal abuse, i eventually got a notification saying someone got punished, and i believe it was that guy, it was a ranked game, he ran it down mid, was super toxic in champ select for no reason other than, "my other account got banned", lol
