Team Builder Icons

So I didn't start playing League until a few months after Team Builder was removed. But some friends of mine have the TB icons and they look really nice and I want them. Is there any way to get them at this point? As far as I know you only had to play certain roles in the TB queue for 5 games to get the icons.

If there isn't a way to get them now, will there be some way to get them soon?
