I report anyone with more than 10 deaths in a game under 30 mins

Because there's a difference between people who are trying & people who were just plain trolls.

The report system is designed to deal with people who are violating the Summoner's Code, not as a venting mechanism to be used against a scapegoat who has a bad game.

Even if they are getting 5 man dived every 2 mins? Or people tp to their lane every chance they get? What if it's the support who sets up ace after ace and dies because of it?
