Duo Queue and Higher

This isn't so much me complaining about the system as a whole, but moreso what a cancer the people who do it are. When I play duo queue with my friend and we're fourth and fifth, we always make the joke "Awwwww damn we're bot lane." but here's the thing, WE ACTUALLY DO IT.

OK, I'm not toxic as hell because the first two people didn't wanna go bot lane. That's not their problem, and if you can't play bot lane, you should probably take this opportunity to freaking learn it. It's just so insanely annoying that I either have to dodge that game or sit through 20 minutes of misery. Maybe more because they hit no to the surrender just to make everyone even more angry.

There really needs to be a report option in champ select or SOMETHING. Because this is driving me insane.
