@Rioters The Shinobi Five, and Forgotten Champions

I just wanted to bring this topic up as I haven't seen it on the Boards yet.

A long time ago there were talks of creating the fifth ninja to complete a team of them, alongside this there was also talks from developers about the what I call forgotten champions but the champions they said they were making but never made. An example of this is Kassadin's daughter, with the lore retconing and other changes coming I along with some others would like to know if any of these will happen or if all previous talks of champions should be considered non existent or not. The communication in the past year about this has been rather sketchy at best as it is mostly a bunch of Rioters saying "I don't Know" or "Not my department" this has also lead to people thinking that Riot doesn't want to communicate to us because the Rioters we need to talk to don't ever talk to us or don't care enough.
