Do people from piltover and zaun believe supernatural people exist like will

are real are do they feel that they're just fictional stories

They might meet certain specific stories with skepticism, but they would not deny the existence of magical beings.
I imagine everyone knows what the Shadow Isles are, even if everyone doesn't know who Hecarim or the Ruined King are.
