Any high level players out there that can tell me?

At what point does a play style that is more of a teamwork play style become useful. I have found that lower elos depend on individual skill and which team has someone that can carry harder. I will admit my individual skill isnt that good, but if i ever get fed (only with zed and yasuo) i get my adc fed too i get my top laner fed, but the 1 key factor to victory is missing. Teamwork so no matter how much i get my lanes fed i lose cause i can't carry. cause my individual skill sucks!

Teamwork is superior to individual skill on all levels of play

When you become professional. I personally played in Silver-Platinum (can't remember before that, we're talking about the time of "unranked" beign a rank) and even in Platinum, it's more of a "do whatever you can that will make your team as a whole win more". Basically, your teammates are inputs for your decisions, but in a lot of cases you won't see insane rotations and sick coordinated plays.

Diamond, from what I've seen is back to Gold's level of teamwork, but with much better mechanical skills and more wacky (and working) picks.

Challenger is Diamond, since they play vs Diamond.
