I go into an aram cause i love aram and i see a guy who just charges straight under the enemy tower at the start of game and dies and i ask why did you do that and he said that aram is meant for you to not care and unleash all stupidity i cried a little pls make a ranked aram for the true aram fans
it would be a small luck factor on the rank but atleast people would try harder it would also force players to learn multiple champs to advance in rank
To prevent players from abusing the champion pool, all champions need to be available whilst playing. That's not to say you need to have actually unlocked every one, they're just available to you whether you have or not. This will prevent players from buying only "OP" champs and players with more extensive champion pools will be on much more even ground, despite having unlocked those that are more 'liability.'
That aside, I think 1 re-roll per champ select seems like a fair number, but it could be more if decided so. No building up points to it or anything like that, just a flat amount each time.
Ranked = Competitive Random = Non-competitive
You cannot have competitiveness with as much randomness as ARAM.
You already have an MMR for the gamemode that works just like ranked MMR so if you win a lot, you get places with other people who win a lot. I honestly think ranked has more idiots and trolls in it than normals does anyway.

So the prerequisite's would be:
Level 30 (Duh)
Own all champions
Be in good standing and considered non-toxic (30 or negative/lost less Tribunal cases)
the pick ban phase will be back and forth one at a time 15 seconds each. (turn will end once ban is completed)
Everyone gets to ban one champion then all are blocked except the random button and you can only hit it once(no re-rolls)
If you fail to click the random button a random champion will be assigned(
)
If you fail to ban on your turn a random champion will be banned( )
