When you don't own Draven and his skin could be super uber rare

I don't even have enough ip for his icon at this point.... I just bought maokai a couple days ago and I only have 500 ip.

Plus Draven Draven is 500 rp.... meanwhile Urf warwick was 50 rp for most of the time and it became one of the rarest skins in the game.
