fizz has a new skin

while it is an amazing upgrade from his latest skin, the ugliest, most repulsive, most horrendous skin in the entire god damn game, void fizz, it just seems odd that he got a new skin so quickly and diana, zed, rengar and zyra are stuck with 2-3 skins and havent gotten a new one in forever.
