Who in your opinion is the burstiest assassin in league? I won't count "fake" assassins like Yi or assassins that actually need to hit something to do their damage (ex nidalee) (Yes, fizz relies on ult but nid relies on spears more than fizz relies on his ult IMHO)
But 
is obviously the best assassin, he does it all.

Vayne's an auto attack reliant champion(not an assassin)
Annie is a burst mage, not an assassin. She lacks mobility.

When Crit-Q interaction was first changed on Vayne, she could oneshot almost any squishy carry with just Q-auto.

i ran out of room to put him, but imho hes not as bursty as some of these i've listed. Yes, he can secure a kill without ult but usually ur gonna want ult to engage and its delayed meaning zhonyas can deny a kill

some assassins do more damage, but have slower combos than one that does less damage, but is quicker to execute.
