a solution for ranked complains

Hello everybody. I have been playing League of legends since season 1 and i have played the old ranked system and the new ranked system . But the game was still new and less known during the old ranked system so it had no problems . So i am going to talk about the new ranked system. Many players complain about noobs,flamers,afkers.ragers,etc... I had an idea. First let's agree about that those players belong to Bronze division until they become better. Now i had an idea to make almost all of those players to stay at Bronze division until they change. Keep reading please then comment your opinion i will be more than happy to listen. Remove the 10 Provisional matches. Why? Because many of those players we are talking about get luck wins at first and get a high rank Silver or Gold and then good players start complaining about why are those players in this rank ? For me, the 10 provisional matches stress me too much because i can't take it when my friend playing for 5 month get Gold for winning 6 games while other playing game for long time and pro but still silver . However i don't know how the 10 provisional matches system work , i don't care if it's fair or not But removing it only won't work the ranking up have to be easier instead What will happen then? It will take time before anything happen. But by keeping the Ranked LP Decay System and the each season ranked reset Every season each player will work hard to get his rank from bronze 5 because the ranking up should be easier as the 10 provisional matches are removed. And the easier the ranking up the harder the LP decay to make only Pros in the high ranks. And even good players that stopped playing a long time but they still have a high rank with low experience now have to start all over again and get experience again so you won't find a noob platinum for example except if his account was boosted by other player or sold xD So. You will find most of those players we are talking about will be stuck in bronze maybe forever because they don't have the 10 provisional matches that boost them to a rank . and they will have to work their way up divisions . I know that this solution is for only people who are higher than bronze. But hey, now all you have to do is get out of bronze and then if you are a good player you will find your self getting other ranks easier. Couldn't find any other solution because all other idea are got have the concept of "Prison Island" where you put all bad people together they will never get better , But this idea put every one together in bronze and only bad players are stuck in it .
