HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

I need desperate help to fix this. I love this game, but this stuff just gets way out of hand. Disconnecting from the current game just kills me, because it happens very frequently to me. I don't want to leave the game because of these constant disconnections every 2 games. It just sucks to be put into low priority queue for some stupid thing that happens A LOT!!

Anyone know how to get rid of this message?
