Whats Riot's plan for updating old Splash Art?

Last fall it seemed that every patch had at least a couple new splash arts for champions, and although visual updates might still take a while it was really nice to see older champion splashes get updated. I guess I am just wondering why that seems to have stopped. Also, are there any plans to update any of the skin splash arts as well?

Also wanted to say, Riot I really love the new pieces of art you have been producing, thanks a ton and keep up the amazing work.
