I think you guys should make his passive give 1 ferocity. So if u jump you get 1 ferocity until you die or use 5.

They're remaking Rengar, soon(tm). His Q will now grant 3 ferocity stacks when empowered, essentially giving you a similar effect, and allowing the charging of his ferocity much more easily. However, this is PBE/pre-PBE and may be subject to change. But I agree with you, it takes a lot of effort to charge that ferocity, especially in lane.
if they made the passive give stacks u could easily spam it to get dmg, heals, snares ect.
