GTX 660 TI or dual RADEON 6870

So my friend currently has a dual RADEON 6870 setup. He tried running black ops 3 and it ran smoothly but missing texture. he doesn't have this problem with other games. So he is thinking that his dual RADEONs are just out of date. I have a GTX 660 TI that I have replaced with another graphics card, I can give him this card since I no longer use it. My question is, is the GTX 660 TI better than a DUAL RADEON 6870 setup?

A GTX 960.

6870 is from like 1999. get a 960 like said above. its cheap and maxes out 1080.

I appreciate the comments but my question was GTX 660 TI or DUAL RADEON 6870 setup (he's got two hooked up)
