Esports Icons

I think we should be able to gain access to a team's icon if you've used their icon throughout the past year. This way, 'hardcore' fans could be rewarded. Or at least give us some way of acquiring the icons more efficiently without spending 10 dollars just to get a 250rp TSM icon. I would buy it, but I don't have 10 dollars laying around. Thoughts?
