In this game, your team, is your family.
League of Legends, this game, this phenomenon of a game, has evolved. It's evolved so much, that it's surpassed just being a game. More so, it's a competitive sport. Yes, this is a competitive game. Being competitive is great! Be competitive! Take the initiative, dive through that turret! Go for that dragon! But when you're stacking Nasus' Q, when you're utilizing Twisted Fate's ult, when you're pushing that lane. Do not push around your team mates.
This game, has evolved. But the community, has devolved. Plummeted, even. Why? The question rattling everyone's brain, why are there so many players that insist on badgering their comrades!? Don't ever for a moment forget that was you once. You were not as good as you are now. And there are still those out there better than you.
Your team is your family. Be competitive, but don't turn it into a competition between your team mates. You're not helping when you insult them, bash them, ridicule them. Of course feel free to give them tips, help them out, tell them what they could've done. But there's absolutely no reason to yell, to insult, to scream, bash, belittle!
The game is simply that. A game.
Winning makes me happy, it makes us all happy. But you know what makes me even more happy? When I see the other team, congratulating me, my team. For what we did. To lose, and still feel great. Why? How can they do that? Because they had fun!
Fun...remember that?
That's what we play for...we play to have fun. Let's not keep our fellow summoners from feeling that same sense of "fun".
Don't hurt your team...don't hurt your family.
Have fun.
