New Katarina actually seems fairly fun, because blade positioning and resets will be more critical than ever, but also clearly show where her potential travel locations are with the slow blade bounce/landing time, but in return, the damage seems fairly strong and she's able to dance around faster between a few targets.

But what the fuck are the kha'zix changes. Holy shit. And Rengar's W. We are asking for tank assassin with K6 and Rengar changes...

They pretty much will force him to go trinity force into tank.

So this is what they did:

P: now has an ad sclaing (laning phase now strong af) Q: Evolving it no longer gives the 2.6 ad scaling, but now using it on isolated targets will reset the cooldown by 60% I think W: No longer slows, when evolved, slows for 40% and 80% on isolated targets R: Stealths for 1.5 seconds instead of 1. Evolved no longer grants an extra charge and no longer stealths for 1 extra second. Evolved now grants Void Assault when walking into a bush, and the effect lingers for 1.5 seconds after entering the bush. 10 second cooldown per brush

I don't actually mind the changes much, but the w change... basically making his w kinda a meh ability. I also feel perhaps his mid/late game burst might be lower..? hard to tell . Also R is a must evolve now :V

Eh, depends on the enemy team comp and awareness. Waiting for the enemy Syndra to blow her crap on your tank and then obliterating her and chaining that into her team isn't the most skillful thing in the world, it just requires you to pay attention and hit your keys pretty quickly.

Doesn't that apply to almost every champion though? She just has to practice the "when" and the "how" now. Also makes her more interactive and less frustrating to play against

New "Katarina" works, like she needs less skill and it's way more over-powered and broken than the life version, so much for "fixing the broken" theory and just building everyone to be broken so that you wont cry that someone is broken, just cuz everyone is broken... And these new sounds on the spells annoy even more than they should...

Who's talking about ingame? I got perma banned on EU boards, because otherwise they would of had to ban half the ppl there for giving me death threads and stuff like that. Better 1 person than the majority right? And I did get few death threads and other aggressive acts here as well... Even if the NA mods are better and actually deleted/punished the posts against me instead of charging on me... And about ingame, I just don't wanna comment on that anymore, played my last 6 games today for the near future... 6 games I got abused by my team, verbally, for their own screw ups and by a rengar who had a map hack, who abused it on me like crazy and made publicly fun of me in all chat claiming how bad I am, enforcing the vulgar abuse by my team on me...

^^ So do... think before making such "jokes"... They really do catch up on people like me who actually suffer from this community and get punished for expressing opinion or making a joke in public aka the boards...

I must admit, I'm curious why you believe it takes less skill to play Katarina now and how she's overpowered given that one of the other posts I've seen from you says how they sent her straight to the shitter by removing ward-hopping.

Because then I was informed that I can throw my W where ever I want, which just makes it... too easy... and with only 2 bounces the blade isn't that luck base. the lane phase will suck but the whole thing overall will be broken... with some practice I can make her a top tier jungler. If I could even pick her...

Ward-hopping gave you the same ability without having to wait for the blade to land, on top of her w having something like a 20-second cooldown.

Do you have a PBE account and have played the new kat, or are you just theorizing (genuine question)?

Too toxic for PBE acc form what I see it has 15 sec CD at level 1 and lowering every level. And 15 seconds for scape isn't a waste, because I would pref to save it for safe or good penta kill opportunity. Basically of what I collected, she's way less skill needed.

It's not needed for people who know how to play Kata the current kit. For people like you, you'll need it, if you use the Q and W for a kill combo, then you really got no idea how to abuse the potential they made... which I still claim is bad...

You mean besides the fact that a lot of her damage is tied up in the spins she can only get off of Q and W?

And if you don't use them for a kill combo you only have the damage off of your shunpo and R?

Like, those spins on her daggers are probably 50% of her damage output now.

I'm not sure why you're throwing in random personal attacks, but whatever.

oh, and let's not forget that Shunpo'ing to a dagger allows her to shunpo again incredibly quickly, further increasing her damage output.

So yeah, dagger placement is important.

I don't know how I handle my self to not just throw you a random swear atm. because clearly you forgot it's a 5v5 game and you don't need to solo kill anyone... Especially if a mumu throws his ult in the mid of 5 you basically kill all with just the Q E R, if not even without the R because the passive dmg is huge combined with the Q and if by miracle that fed zed is alive you can use the W at a random location to teleport out of his QE combo in the after ult effect to pretty much block 80% of his damage and win the TF by leaving him homelss in the mid of your team...

And this is one of many situations... Katarina isn't a solo char and she never will be. Learn that already.

You're not entirely wrong, but I'm failing to see why that means she'll never use her daggers in a damage combo. She's been given more options to deal damage but you're saying "there's no change, she'll never use the daggers as part of a kill combo". I never said she was a solo champion, but you're discounting two whole abilities because... reasons?

She's been given more options to set up for a fight, participate in the fight, and move about the fight, all of which require some level of forethought to use, and you say they somehow lowered her skill ceiling?

I said you shouldn't use it, you can use it, if it's a must, but you shouldn't. She's giving more suicide attempts, not more options, that's why they say she needs more skill, so you can realize that you shouldn't do full damage, but think in a "If" form which makes you save the W for escapes of chasing or moving yourself instead of murdering enemies. :)))) I'm don't trying to explain... I'm tired of arguing whole day with people who don't even paly her. I'll most likely get punished in NA boards for it, and I still wanna finish my tale, so it means I want my account active for friday, so have a nice life.
