What is the difference between Miscellaneous and General Discussion?

I say it because Riot merged some other boards together that shoudnt be merged like Story & Art with Sound & Music , they are 2 different things also Skins & Champion Concepts with Community Creations are 2 seperate things aswell but Riot merged these which wasnt a good move however Miscellaneous and General Discusson are the same thing and i dont see any reason why they are seperate while the others were merged

Miscellaneous is for random things involving the game, General Discussion is for random things unrelated to the game. Or so i believe.
