Anything with true damage is usually op as fuddernutters when they come out... well all champs are op as fuddernutters when they come out... but true damage, plus knock-up bursty mage?.. gonna be a lot of work to balance it...

How are you guys using him?

I honestly feel this design was pretty poor visually. I have not had the chance to use him, as he is not available yet.. However, I feel like this was one of those "Zac" champions where no real effort was put into the look of the champion. IMO. Just a rushed design to try and net more RP.

As with most apc's he has some pretty powerful burst on those who don't expect it, a solid typical combo for me was to throw out a W and as it stretched to them throw out his E and as that gets ready to knock them up you throw out a Q at the end of this combo you can throw his 2nd W out and this will proc 2 stacks of his passive if done right,. right after this combo press r and follow, most champs will die if you landed all of this. people with dashes Talon, Vi, Yasuo, Yi really fuck him up when he tried to do anything without his E.
