Anything with true damage is usually op as fuddernutters when they come out... well all champs are op as fuddernutters when they come out... but true damage, plus knock-up bursty mage?.. gonna be a lot of work to balance it...

probably mostly long cooldowns, and like they said hes gonna be squishy as balls. also, you have to get the stacks first in order to deal the true dmg, and it sounds like he is all skill shot

His Q is a skill shot that is slightly easier to hit than most due to the split effect. His W is a "skill shot" that then has half of its damage on a delay so its probably the hardest to hit. His E has a decent delay so its decently harder to it. The only thing easy to hit is his ult but dont screw up where your cursor is cause theres no coming back if you mess it up. So majority of his stuff are pretty dang hard to it. With people like Talon, Malph, and others in the game, yeah he will be be a lot more balanced than he appears ti be in the PBE. Also, people in normal games are generally better or trying harder than PBE users.

I honestly feel this design was pretty poor visually. I have not had the chance to use him, as he is not available yet.. However, I feel like this was one of those "Zac" champions where no real effort was put into the look of the champion. IMO. Just a rushed design to try and net more RP.

As with most apc's he has some pretty powerful burst on those who don't expect it, a solid typical combo for me was to throw out a W and as it stretched to them throw out his E and as that gets ready to knock them up you throw out a Q at the end of this combo you can throw his 2nd W out and this will proc 2 stacks of his passive if done right,. right after this combo press r and follow, most champs will die if you landed all of this. people with dashes Talon, Vi, Yasuo, Yi really fuck him up when he tried to do anything without his E.
