I hate to say this because I play nunu a lot but..
The new skin makes his Q heal him faster, it feels like sort of pay-to-win, I swear it just feels like a faster animation than any other skin

the nunu bot skin gives you a psychological ability that messes with everyone. maybe it is pay to win :o
