@riot if you're going to match non30s with level 30s
then just give us full access to runes at level 1. or just match people against people of the same level as them.
otherwise your games are unfair if one side has runes and another side doesn't

To all readers, this OP is a smurf, and his intended goal is to just bully all fresh non-level 30 beginners, so just ignore everything about him carrying with a non-meta champ/builds or a game where the matchmaking is working as intended for smurf scums like this one.
except for the most part those situations only arrive from people duo .
for someone below lvl 20 to pull a lvl 30 solo que they'd need to have never lost a game or something.
Relax, that barely makes a difference. If you lose to a level 30, I can pretty much guarantee it was a skill level difference.

No. It's not worth compromising the entire system for an infinitely tiny fractions of the average players league carrier. Think about your question again, this time from the perspective of a silver player trying to introduce your friend to league.
Then you my friend missed out on those golden days where you could literally be completely new to LoL and BAM first match and you're up against all these lvl 30s and you have some 30s in your team telling you to just walk around and not go in lanes coz you're feeding LOL those good ol days..
