What to expect when from Riot - schedule

A lot of players ask when will Riot release something (champion, skin,...), or praying that something appears on PBE.

Riot does stuff following their schedules. These schedules used to vary a lot before, but since recently they became similar to each other. It is quite possible Riot will keep them as they are now, which allows us to predict timeframes with high possibility of certain stuff being released.
