Our accounts aren't safe as we think

Most of us has just a few passwords that we share between many differrent accounts. If someone gains password, for example hacks one of those accounts and try using the password he got there on your LOL account and accesses it,** Riot will NOT revert the damage he has done to it.**

A few days ago someone (turned out to be my crazy little brother) did this to me and spent all of my RP. After Riot support team dragged me around for days asking me 'what are the first 5 champions I bought?' and other even more ridicilous questions just to prove my identity. Once they proved it was still me in control of my account they just said 'you are responsible for the security of your account' and refused to refund me my RP.

Also if riot's security was stronger last year, they wouldn't have made me change my passwords, and my brother wouldn't have successeded in doing this to me.

I'm not here to QQ but to try and change this policy, so please put your vote in the poll.

They have two different policies, depending on the situation. If someone you don't know legitimately "hacks" your account, they'll revert damage. They always have. Your brother logging into your account and being stupid isn't the same thing, though. If your account is accessible to other people (in this case, your brother), and they screw something up, it's your fault for making it accessible to them. If my fiancee decided to get on my account and Combine all my runes, I'd be screwed. It's my fault for making that a possibility. That doesn't fall under their hacking policy.

Your little bro now owes you some cash. That´s why they won´t fix it. Tell your parents that your brother just spent X amount of cash, and make him pay for it. He won´t do it again.

I would have expected Riot to just refund the items bought. Regardless, no, if it was a sibling, make 'em pay up.
