benefits of playing ranked in preseason
I remember last preseason... preseason played a role in where you would end up placing the following season... is it the same or are there new additions?

I'm confused, actually, I've been wondering this for a while since I've never been ranked in preseason before (I hit lvl 30 this season).
RedTrinketGoneHa1 votesOk so how next season MMR is calculated is as follows. 1200, base MMR that your account starts with when you hit 30. So 1200 + current season MMR. I'll use mine as an example, if you don't know your current elo number go to Lolking.net and get your LKS, it's basically elo numbers. So 1200+1360/2=1280= starting MMR of next season. Divide by 2 because you are working with 2 numbers.
