About the Hextech Chests...
Why do I have to own a champion to get a chest? Doesn't it defeat the purpose of me playing free champs? I keep getting S on a free champ and then realizing i don't get anything!
P.S. IK i sound like a whiny child.

If you noticed, in the client chests are called Mastery chests You are to master what you own, you can't master something in a week (that is why unowned free champions' mastery cap is at level 4.)
