Runal Revel Skins?
So, it's Monday, the patch is about to end and still no Lunar Revel skins. They are going to go up this patch, aren't they, Riot?

so looks like 5.3 is going live wednesday morning so a good chance that the lunar revel skins will go live tomorrow some time :)

Because you read on surrender at 20 the pbe patch 5.3 cycle is drawing to a close?
Lunar revel generally falls around the time of Chinese New Year and well this year that date is Feb 19th.
There were no specific dates given for any patch or how long each patch lasts before the next one comes.
there has still been no mention anywhere about the servers planned maintenance and ranked queues going down at a given time for the launch of the next patch, that news usually is released a few days before it happens and i haven't read anything so am really not expecting 5.3 to hit this week.
