It sucks that the only friends i have IRL that play this game wanna troll around in norms and when i talk about having fun with the strategic part off the game they all think i take it too serious and think i can't have fun because i wanna try a bit in matches.

I think that its just their way of dealing with not being as good as you. You're probably way ahead of them and they can't compete so they troll. Or they just can't grasp it, what you find easy they find hard. Whatever the reason if the gap between your skills gets too large you'll be bored playing with them and if you do play with them then your mmr will bring matches that will just smash them. That's no fun for them.
I don't think you're taking it the wrong way but neither do I think they are. Just accept that they don't want to play on as competitive level as you, you can still do things with them outside of and inside of lol if you agree with what they're doing. If they're messing up games I don't think I'd participate.
You just need to find friendly like minded people. None of my real life friends have ever been gamers, or few of them have. Mostly I made friends within the communities of the games for when I wanted to play and kept my real life friends who absolutely don't understand about gaming in my real life! They still don't understand it but they're still my friends.
Its a balancing act for sure but you have the right to pursue your interests and you can still keep them as friends if you have other interests in common. One of the most valuable traits my real life friends have is the ability to make me laugh. I see them as keepers!
