I'm not saying that he has a good kit. I'm saying that he is getting a full VGU (Visual and Gameplay Update) in the near future. THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON A REWORK FOR HIM.

I feel like urgot is pretty strong actually. It's just that his mana costs are too high, his ult is unreliable and his E duration is too short. overall his kit is not bad.

However, that's my opinion. You're free to think otherwise.
