so i was looking at the current Pool Party skins and idk if this has been mentioned before but in Ziggs' splash art there's a pair of red eyes with a straw hat and a green hand. anyone know what it could possibly be?

If you look Closely you can see below his arm that there is just a blob there. I.E. Pool party Zac? I think so. The red eyes makes it hard to believe but for what I see there is just a green arm, body, then just a blob. And who else talks about blobs and goo...
