You get into champ select and get the role you want and pick the champ you want. Someone starts begging you to let them jungle and the other 3 back him up all the way. You politely decline and get ready to play. The guy who asked gets to ban after you and he sees what you want to play. Needless to say he bans it and then asks if you can jungle. From that point on, I am fully entitled to troll and feed. All this childish bullshit is going to be punished one way or another. Don't start this childish crap if you can't handle the consequences.

I totally agree with your claims, and they logically make sense. Anyone who disagrees isn't relating your example to an irl concept well.

For example, let's say you're at a restaurant, and you're planning to order a pasta dish. The restaurant is almost out of the ingredients for it, so you're getting the last serving. Your food comes, and four people approach you. One demands your meal, and obviously his friends back him up. You politely decline, and now you have two options. You can watch him eat the pasta and sit there, feeling miserable and helpless, or you can take a shit in his food and force him to eat it. Sorry, I'm not letting some fuckwad and his friends take my goddamn pasta if I have any say in it.

But, regardless, you did agree to ToS and even if it doesn't make sense, Riot can ban you for whatever they feel like. Nothing you can do.
