So, this has bugged me for a while now... When buying boots on an ADC, you basically go

for Magic Resist and Armor. Then there are two types of movement boots:

WHY DO ADCS NOT HAVE ARMOR PEN BOOTS?

Mages get those fancy for countering the , so why do ADCs (or Marksmen, if you prefer) not have some kind of penetration boot to counter the out there??? And what if I want armor pen on an Assassin like 
or 
but don't have enough for a 
??? Mages can just pick up their fancy little and have early pen, but how about us and
players?
