[Gameplay] Rengar Ult Warning Not Appearing

While playing some normals with some friends the other day, we ran into a Rengar who would jump out of nowhere, none of us were getting any indicator that he was ulting, even when we KNOW we had vision on his approach. (He ran right through the team at one point with no indicator at all.) At first, we thought Rapid Fire Cannon was making his jump range longer than the indicator range, but after testing, we found out that was not the case. Instead, we found that the_** Ult Warning Indicator was not spawning, or was appearing inside of the champions.**_ At one point, it showed up literally 1 frame before Rengar lept from his ult. (We checked in the recording of the game for this. I cannot upload the video, however, as I do not have the permission of the people talking in the background. I do, however, have screenshots.)

To test this, we took Rengar and Varus into a custom game and had Rengar ult and approach at various speeds and times.

To duplicate test:

  1. Get in a custom game with Rengar and another champion.
  2. Rengar ults while near the champion.
  3. Check position of Rengar ult warning.

Here is a close up of Indicator when we tested it. You can clearly see that the warning is inside of Varus.

Here is the album with the one frame Indicator/Leap I spoke about earlier. (It's low quality, but you can see the game clock in the upper right hasn't even ticked a full second, and Rengar had to run the whole river in vision to get there.)

I have seen the same things happen in about five normal games since I first found this. Either the indicator would spawn as he was leaping or it wouldn't show up at all, most likely because it was inside of the champion (as you see with Varus), so it likely isn't the skin. I wasn't able to screenshot them because I wasn't recording and they happened so fast.

There has also been at least one game where the indicator worked fine, but Rengar was able to do the double Q assassination combo while still in the air... which is annoying, but not the point of this post.

Has anyone else seen this bug? I'm going to run more tests to see if it's just that one Varus skin, but I don't think so. I've also seen it on Cutthroat Graves, Lucian Chroma, and Sandstorm Ekko so far in normals.
