its obviously a chess reference. "shiro" and "kuro" mean "white" and "black" respectively

So which gun is which? When she talks about kuro in the Skin spotlight she uses the minigun which is white.. And vice versa. I'd hope the rocket launcher is kuro as it's black. I personally love that they even have kuro because thats what my online name always is. Kuro was taken so I went with Kurosu (クロス) meaning cross.

The entire skin is a weeb reference, it wouldn't surprise me.
