Discuss about "carrying"

First of all, most of time I play assassin who can 1 v 2 or 3 (Kata/ Akali/ Fizz, mainly). Most of time I can get rid of ennemy ADC or mid laner pretty fast, and stay alive. But sometimes this isn't enough. After a good fight, you might have to take a tower, a Nashor, a drake. What do you want to do when ennemy team is still dead for 30 secs and your team prefers to go farming? What do you want to do when you ace at baron and they prefer recalling at base?

I'm not that pro player at all, but when I win my lane, when I'm able to help my team in such ways that allow victory but they don't want to listen, follow, whatever you want, I don't know what to do. But still I can't win alone. Do I have to cope with it or is there something I'm missing? I must say I'm always a pleasant mate, cracking jokes when I can, cheering my mates when they do something good and all, rying to help when I can. So they have no real reason for not listening to me.
