What happened to Malzahars spell cast lines?

This has been bugging me for a while now, pretty much since MYMU, but the voice lines when malz casts spells just dissapeared, and im not sure why, perhaps its just a bug that has gone completely unoticed by most people.

In that video you can clearly hear the weird shouting whenever a spell is cast, please bring it back riot?

You know what, you are absolutely right he does need those lines back. I always felt something was a bit off and did not know what it was, this is probably it lol.
