Malzahar sounds Broken [GAME]

As you can see in the video, the whitenoise sound on malzahar's W and E are gone and his passive background noise is also gone. Only happened on this patch. Ive tried to do the repair thing and even did a clean reinstall but to no avail. Ive made a post on reddit about it and people seem to have the same problem with him.

Yeah! I have the same problems! I try malz with skins and also with that the sound of passive and E didn't work... pls rito fix it :(
