The Tribunal of 2015 - New Tribunal for Toxic Players

As many of you fellow players know - the tribunal has been under a lot of constructions for a while. Headed by Riot Lyte, it has been said that they have been continuously working on a new system. With that said, many players have been wondering when the new system will launch. Although, we are aware that Riot Lyte has been addressing a lot of toxic players (for which we are extremely grateful for), we still are awaiting a fully systematic tribunal system to address the majority of these issues.

As of right now the tribunal is still down and the process is being handled by Riot staff through an interim system while the construction of the Tribunal is at work. However, even though we are grateful there is still a process that handles toxicity in the community, the league community respectfully asks if we can get some update on the new Tribunal as well as the new way it works.

I've also read about many players here at the forums giving great new ideas for this Tribunal in which I think Riot should hear out! For example, just the other day someone suggested that the bullied player should get some kind of notification or feedback about his report towards the toxic person. His reasoning is that perhaps getting some kind of reassurance or closure will neutralized the bad experience of being verbally harassed. There are also many ideas that players have come up with!

So, what are some ideas do you guys have for the upcoming Tribunal?
